Living with Bob and "Al"

It was cold and windy last evening and as Sheri and Bob were watching out the window, Sheri said "well I think it is too windy even for the birds." Bob replied " well, not for those, they are eating"(pointing at one of the bird feeders.)" Sheri said oh, I don't see them, where are you looking?" "Al" getting frustrated with Sheri started shaking is long pointer finger at the window saying "there, there."

"Al" mentioned maybe we could have the cardinals come inside to sleep, after all it is 0 outside today. Sheri, trying to support his thought process replied " well, they do have their bird houses out there so I think they are okay." "Al" with a look of concern replied, "Did we put heaters in there?"

Living with Bob and "Al"

In Sheri's never ending quest to keep Bob engaged in activities this winter, Sheri's tiny house became over run the bird houses she had Bob paint. The weather has warmed up finally so Sheri took the birdhouse (all 26 of them) outside and let "Al" start hanging them in the trees. "Al" the sweet man that he is, has great concern that they did not put any straw in the birdhouses to keep the birds warm, and that the houses should be close together so they can talk to each other he mentions this every time he sees a birdhouse. Sheri has assured "Al" that the birds prefer to make their own beds, and that maybe they should spread the houses out a bit, "Al" however is not convinced. :)
