Living with Bob and "Al"

Sheri is often amazed the mind of "Al." Yesterday Sheri and daughter number 1 (the one who wears her heart on her sleeve) heard a long tale from Bob and "Al" (heard it several times actually) about something he had "witnessed" at work, involving police. Something that he "of course" did not get a ticket for because he does not drive so he knew they were not coming after him. It involved speeding police cars and a man with out shoes and policeman carrying a man to the hardware store to get socks. Now Sheri knew when he reached the part  about a man needing socks, that Bob was referring to something he saw on the news about a police officer that was recognized for his humanitarian effort in helping this person. Bob and "Al" were convinced that "they" were present for this, and it happened at work. Well "they" had it partially right it happened at "work" (Code for Adult Day Center) but it happened on the TV. And for some reason "Al" spiced it up a little with the danger of the speeding cars, and his frustration for not being able to drive. :)

Oh my.. what must the inside of his head be like.
