This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.
There is an archive tab further down the page that starts from the beginning of our journey.

Living with Bob and Al
Sheri thinks that 'living" as a whole has been challenging lately, not just "Living with Bob and Al ". She is so very thankful for all of her friends that been so supportive of her family. It is amazing the love and care her church family as shown her. Sheri is not going to try to escape the frozen tundra after all. The warmth from the love she is feeling will melt the snow of the harshest of winters.

Wow, big change. I live in Texas and have wondered when the move was going to come. Somehow I feel this will be so much easier though. Not having the big change.
