2009 was filled with many challenges
2010 will have new ones of it's own.
Bob and Al will still be confused, if not more so...
her girls will shed tears, and start new chapters of their lives
Due to the car accident that is preventing her
mother from walking, Sheri's parent's
will face challenges that no one could have imagined
this time last year.
And Sheri, well Sheri will continue to try to catch
the tears shed, by the pain in her families lives
But her personal bucket... is bone dry.
Crying does not seem like an option any more...
God and God alone can provide Sheri with the
strength to continue on this journey
Because "goin' through the motions"
Is just not enough.............
Nehemiah 8:10
Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.
There is an archive tab further down the page that starts from the beginning of our journey.

I've come from Vickie's blog too and think that sometimes going through the motions is all you can do for a while sometimes... You can only do and feel so much.
