Sheri has always said she would be honest about this journey, and she has done her best to do that. The whole system needs to be overhauled, she does not know what that means or what it looks like, but the gaps in communication are wide. There are truly loving caring people working and caring for "the boys" for which she will be forever grateful, but the system is truly broken.
Sheri needs to pause, praise and pray, she knows God will hear her prayers through the fog.

Sheri...your post this morning made me think of a plaque that President Kennedy kept on his desk in the White House Oval office. It reads 'Oh God thy sea is so great and my boat is so small'. This Old Breton fisherman's prayer was given to new submarine captains by Admiral Hyman Rickover who gave this plaque to the President. To me it speaks of uncommon bravery and faith in extraordinary times. Perhaps you'll visit the JFK Museum in Boston one day where the original plaque is displayed. Be brave and be faithful for surely these are extraordinary times. Marie from just south of Boston.
