This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.
There is an archive tab further down the page that starts from the beginning of our journey.

Living with Bob and "Al"

Sheri has been keeping all the plates spinning and all the balls in the air for a very long time. But one of the balls (her transportation for the boys) fell, landing on one of the spinning plates and Sheri is afraid she is losing her race against time.
Sheri needs pause , praise and pray.

  1. Oh, Sheri, I'm sorry...my own day has started a little rough, and so thank you, again, for the reminder to PAUSE, PRAISE, & PRAY. I am praying for you! Love, Kathryn
P.S. Enjoyed your nature photography the other day; I've been taking pictures of our dahlias. Creation reminds us of His power...He feeds the birds and clothes the flowers. Thank you, Lord, that you care for us every moment of the day.
