This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.
There is an archive tab further down the page that starts from the beginning of our journey.

Living with Bob and "Al"

Sheri will take Bob to the back specialist today. Sheri is hoping for some type of treatment. Sheri hates seeing "them" in constant pain, and getting around is even more of a challenge then before. But God is good all the time and there will be clear direction in here somewhere. :)

  1. Love your attitude! You had that great inspiration to make a video of Bob and "Al" when he was having back pain. I'm sure you will receive all kinds of inspiration when they most need it. I think these inspirations are a reward for your faithfulness. Thanks for being such a good example! :)
