This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.
There is an archive tab further down the page that starts from the beginning of our journey.

Living with Bob and Al

Sheri's small group bible study
met at one of the members cabin
at the lake for an afternoon get away
They have been meeting together for 3 or 4 years now
They had a great time Bob and Al seemed to tolerate
the day quite well. One of the men's name is Bob
and Sheri's Bob spent quite a bit of time talking to him
they get home and  "Al" says to Sheri "That was a very nice time
but I have never met that man Bob before."
Sheri thinks that may apply to more than one "Bob".   :)
