This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.

Living with Bob and Al :)

Someone, Sheri is not quite sure who
disconnected the watersoftener
Someone, Sheri is not quite sure who
unhooked the drain from the upstairs tub
Sheri would not have noticed
except that when she went downstairs
to do the laundry the tops of the machines
and all the clothes hanging to dry
were soaking wet....
And there amongst the pipes
Sheri notices one pipe with nothing attached to it...
Al says that is the way it is suppose to be
Sheri doesn't think so....
Maybe Bob will be back soon and she can ask again....
In the mean time, no baths upstairs. :)
