Sheri is struggling with this bus company. There has not been one day in which they have made it to her door to pick up Bob. Unfortunately yesterday may have been the last straw because on the return trip when the driver could not find the rental office of the community, thankfully Sheri was outside and watched them deliver him and walk him in to a building across the street. Sheri is a bit ashamed to say that her not so nice side came out, as she was yelling across the street that they were taking him to wrong location. Especially when the driver said "Well "he"(pointing to "Al") said it was this place."
Sheri needs a new plan, vunerable adults can not speak for themselves and this is not okay.

Do not feel bad. That is inexcusable on the bus company's part. Even people who should know better, don't. I have had more than one person question why I wont use uber or a cab for my spouse. Seriously? The bus company should know better. I hope you are able to work out more reliable service with the company.
