This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character"Al" that I created in 2008 represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.

Living with Bob and "Al"

Sheri had a terrifying  experience last evening as she was leaving work's National Night  Out  Party. They shut the party down early due to very severe weather approching the area. Tornado watch and large hail. Sheri got caught in her car by herself , while golf ball size hail pounded down on her car. Visibility zero, rain and wind so hard the car was shaking. She could not tell where she was on the road and then a fireball to her right as a transformer blew, then a second fire ball then a third... By the time she got home she knew she had to thank God for her safety ... and for everyday.
God is good, all the time.
